  17. Dear MacApp'ers,
  18.  
  19. I just installed MPW 3.1 (Shell, Pascal, C++, etc), and I was surprised to
  20. discover that I started getting "Error #-108" messages with far greater
  21. (rather than lesser) frequency.  I had though that this was something that 3.1
  22. had fixed.  Perhaps, in order to get the benefits of the fix, I have to change
  23. something in the environment or in my code.  Specifically, it's telling me
  24. that I have "too many (long) identifiers, but UProto is a small program, and I
  25. am using normal-length Pascal-style names for everything.  I can't proceed
  26. until I get this issue resolved, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
